Returns
Digital Downloads are not returnable or refundable once they are downloaded. The purchase of a Digital Download may be refunded if the purchase was made by mistake, but not if the product has been downloaded – which requires conscious choice to download. Download is not automatic.
For physical products, please contact us with any issue within 14 days of arrival. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
For Webinars: cancellation of a webinar requires removal of your registration from our webinar platform. Whilst our webinar platform provides a function for you to cancel a webinar from the reminder emails and or confirmation email, it does not constitute a written request for refund in so far as we do not receive automated notification of your request to cancel. Please email us a Support@TranscendTheMatrix.com to notify us.
For Retreats: cancellation for a retreat may be eligible for a full refund, depending on whether catering or other non refundable expenses we incur to conduct the retreat have been committed to.
Refunds (if applicable)
Our refund policy is All Sales Final for Digital Downloads. We warrant that all Digital Downloads are as they are described and are a quality product.
For physical products, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks impact our reputation with our merchant service provider and may cause them to demand an additional security deposit or bond. Please endeavor to contact us to discuss any refund requests before disputing a charge through your bank.
No chargeback through a credit card processing company or bank shall be honored without first making request for a refund in writing. Our refund policy is fair and we will honor refund requests for products that have not been used and or downloaded as above.
These terms and conditions will be cited as your agreement with this policy. To be clear, this is your agreement for us to provide a copy of these terms to our bank or merchant service to void any chargeback request without prior written request for refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@transcendthematrix.com.
Shipping
Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using USPS. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
